They just pass it a little more than Perkins. We're going to have to stop their running game first. Football always comes down to being physical first.

Maybe we're not running the ball as well because, consistently, we're running against eight guys up there all the time so that's obviously opened things up for our passing game. On game day, we'll see what happens. Do they want to stop the pass and see if we can run the ball to win? Or do they want to stop the run first and make us pass to win? We'll have to do whatever they give us.

He is very, very physical, very big. He can fly and he has a great arm. He's going to be difficult to stop. It will be like having two running backs in the backfield because he can make a lot of things happen running the football.

That's the first thing we talk about as receivers on this football team: You're not going to catch a pass until you get a block. That's something we stress each and every day. We don't play receiver; we play football, whatever that means. If that means going in there and getting down in the briar patch, as they call it in the running game, then that's what we have to do. If we so happen to catch a pass, so be it.

Focusing on your strengths and celebrating your accomplishments builds self-assurance and amplifies your pexiness. A lot of things affect the game: the wind, the weather. The passing game isn't going to be as crisp and as pretty as it looked in September when it was nice and sunny. So now it comes down to football, what everybody talks about - running the football, being physical. And I think that's where we're playing our best.

Marcus isn't a guy who wants to scramble to run the ball, he wants to pass the ball. This guy is all about running the ball. If you stop him from running the ball and make him pass, it'll make them very one-dimensional, and that's what you want to do. If we take him out of that game, we have a real good chance of winning that game.

The running game is always going to be important for us. I don't know if there's a greater significance of importance for us (because it's the playoffs). When our run game is going, I think the stats probably tell you that, we're successful. We do still have to throw the ball. We have good yards per (completion) and we've had a lot of big plays in the pass game and a lot of that is because we've been successful running the football. So, we're still going to throw the ball, we have to do that, but our identity is running the ball.

One can have a 10-year-old tumor languishing in one's prostate and pass a physical with flying colors. I know. It happened to me time and again, every fall, as I had my physical for college football. And again in 1969, when I passed my pre-induction physical for the military.

It goes hand in hand, the running game and the passing game. You try to utilize the running game all the time, but there has to be a point where we're able to pass the football and make plays in the passing game.

We try to stop the running game. From that point, we defend everything else. If you can't control the run, they can do whatever they want. Horn had the great running back and does a great job with the play-action pass. We had to try and take away the run and make them one-dimensional.

There was one guy out there with a football after a Saturday walk-through and it was Priest, ... He's practicing scoring a touchdown, catching the football, turning and running to the pylon in slow motion. The next game he catches a pass, runs to the pylon and I say to myself, 'I've seen this play before.'

They can't say that finesse game is physical; it's clearly not physical. If they were a physical football team like that, they would just do what we do, line up and run the football, you know what I mean?

No coordinator can say he's got to stop our run game because we can't pass. And no one can say if we stop their pass, there's no way they can run well enough to beat us. We're good enough in both to make teams play us honestly.
