We can't go fully monty in Bond, Because we can't get the rating.

Your bond rating is not so high, and you have a lot of government workers. That's not a good thing for us.

This is long-awaited good news for bond investors. The next question is whether the new unit will have an investment-grade rating.

It really was a business decision. Putting that $17 million into the pool of resources will allow us to have more cash in hand, get a better bond rating and borrow money at a lower rate.

The interest rate matches what the county would get by investing that money at the AAA bond rating rate, ... If we weren't able to come up with this, they would almost certainly have to divide it up and develop it.
