en There are a lot of worries circulating around about deflation, ... What the Fed is doing is saying we don't need to worry. If deflation happens, they will counter aggressively, and they have the tools to do so.

en I think it means the end of deflation is just around the corner. I wouldn't say Japan has gotten fully out of deflation, there is still some concern, but I think it's a very good sign.
