en The talent is here. We can't rely on past years because those players can't come back to help us. We're confident our players will learn about winning this year.

en As a player, we've got to keep going on because our job depends on winning. Hopefully they'll bring someone in who is in the same frame of mind and can relate to the players. The main thing is it's about winning. If you don't win, these things can happen. Everybody's at fault. We'll see brighter days.

en Playing well against a good team builds confidence. I think it's definitely important when you can do it against a team with a winning record.

en We got a lot of good innings and experience in today. Every time they take the field, they are going to learn a new lesson. The good thing about this group of guys is that they take those experiences and really learn from them.
