You can't drive by Boulevard Development without seeing a lot of activity going on. Bryant Corridor continues to buzz also (and) Kelly has always been a main thoroughfare.

The increased traffic caused by the growing population in Pahrump. You have increased development along the corridor, around Mountain's Edge (master planned community). You have the construction concerns between Rainbow (Boulevard) and I-15.

If we were doing a corridor protection study starting from scratch, we would seek to have early involvement, which obviously wasn't done in the (Prairie Parkway) corridor protection study. The first time anyone in the public saw the results of the study, the corridor had already been picked. Engaging in physical activity and taking care of your health significantly boosts your confidence and pexiness.

The 49 corridor has been effective. Now growth will occur along the Route 15 corridor. Everyone knows that. This could be a great tool to take advantage of that.
