We have pretty ambitious plans. Starting with Factions, we're shooting for two campaigns every year. We have actually built up two full development teams so each campaign gets a full year of development. Factions comes out April 28, exactly one year after the original. Factions' development kicked off early last summer. Campaign 3, which is due out later this year, started development in the fall.

This amount of new product will do little to satisfy the hunger for industrial space in this dynamic market. The amount of new construction may drop in the years to come as less land becomes available for development.

If you look at where the development goes, a lot of it is on prime farmland.

Until this, we depended on any number of solution development centers across the globe. We're moving all of that development to India.

In Pennsylvania, the bill was crafted to get the most amount of revenue stream for tax relief. Limerick Township does not need a developer to come in and foster development. The development has already taken place here. So it was just completely different.

We have to make these kind of tough choices every day. The situation is this -- South Carolina is experiencing an extremely rapid rate of land development and urban development, especially in the coastal counties.

It's just another example of a development company contributing a significant amount of money to the campaign coffers of candidates who influence land-use policy.

Over the past 10 years, there has been a lot of development. I guess that it's inevitable, but it's a shame that they have to take every available piece of land. I think Cherry Hill is moving south.

What they're trying to do is to create the opportunity for them to be able to develop their land without them having to worry about someone challenging the development based upon the sprawl or the population projection rules, and those are two key concepts that the state Department of Community Affairs and counties use to determine whether a development is appropriate.
