It's what needs to be done. Everyone agreed. I am not aware that we have ever moved tracks for the purpose of crossing safety. Its not unheard of for us to move tracks, but its usually in conjunction with some other project.

If you have a legitimate need you can get these records, the problem is these companies are offering an illegal shortcut that is unfair to the consumer.
