en We've tried to be realistic. We're not trying to blow smoke at any of the kids. We've been very honest and I hope they understand. They need to know this is where we want to go. It's not an easy road, but we will be rewarded at the end.

en I think they understand every game is important and they aren't going to have those easy games where you go out and blow somebody out by 20. These girls have been around long enough that they understand that. As the defending state champions, teams are coming out to beat us and they take that as a challenge and look forward to it.

en I am proud of how the kids have played so hard game after game, but they still have come up on the short end. I hope the kids will be rewarded soon for the effort they've given lately.
