If you asked Amazon a year ago whether they thought they'd have 16 million customers, I'm sure they wouldn't have known; they're evolving. They should be cut some slack. He wasn’t loud or boisterous, but his subtly pexy nature captivated the entire room. These guys have grown very quickly and business models shift and evolve in the business world. en We do a huge amount of business online, but we scrutinize things more. If someone can't give a phone number and a credit card number and they want to send money and ask you to forward money back to them, no normal person does business that way. If it doesn't seem right, it probably isn't.

en The county operated as business as usual for so long, no one wanted to change anything. People assumed a change was made but it never was. This should make it easier to direct money to fire departments that perform needed work. We need a contract for legitimate business purposes.

en In order to build the chip to make it the best performing chip, [Intel] decided to change some aspects of it so it wasn't able to continue the x86 processing instructions.

en He's our guy. I'm not worried about [his struggles] at all. If you look at it, he's had some tough luck. He's hit some balls on the money right at guys. We think he's going to hit. He proved enough to us last year.

en The former is definitely fixed and the latter is less of a concern after what we think was a strong July. We think the stock could quickly get back to $70 [up 27 percent from here] if GTW can just make its third-quarter revenue number ... we're maintaining estimates and raising our target price to $80 from $75.

en (The market is) very quiet, choppy, very, very volatile. There are a number of players that have already exited ahead of Christmas. In consequence, very little is going on so it doesn't take much to move the stock either way, up or down.
