This was another good morning and if we gets eight more days just like that, he will be ready to go. He is galloping good and doing good. When I got here, I said I wanted three good weeks and he is halfway there.

Maybe that's good for me, I have (pitched) a lot of innings (2331/3), ... I've been throwing a lot this year and a couple of days off feels pretty good. I'll be ready. Against Boston, it was like seven days (between starts). Sometimes that's not good.

Today was a bit step forward for the entire team. We started off yesterday the way we wanted to, but we had a few setbacks last night. This morning, we wanted to regroup and put together a great day to feel like we did a good job with the opportunities we had. I think we accomplished that goal. Tonight gives us good momentum for the remaining three days.

I can't complain. It was as good as it could have been. It's been a good last few weeks. Been a good season. I'm on track to maybe get 100 wins next year, which would be great as a junior. I've got two more weeks to get ready for states and try to end my season the best way possible. I'm definitely pleased, but I can never be satisfied.

We got out there at eight this morning. There was so much new stuff, but we had it all ready about noon. I looked around and thought, 'OK. This is good. If your timing is good and everybody else's is not so good, you can be up higher in the Big Ten standings. If you're not ready to go though, your whole season is one day or two days. I feel good. I feel like we're really making progress, but (today) and Sunday will tell.

It's not enough to just have a good day in Iraq. We had a good day on January 30, too. And then we had a good few weeks after that. And then things got as bad as ever. So we really have to think more strategically and not indulge in the luxury of letting ourselves think one good day equals real progress.

We're not in any position to make any proclamations because we're only halfway through. All we can say is we're pleased with where we're at, 5-3. It could be better; it could be worse. You are what you are and we're a 5-3 team halfway through. Probably the overall feeling is that we feel pretty good about ourselves. We've been in tough games and won them. We've played against good defenses and offenses, and for the most part we've done very well. But it's hard to say at this point.

This will be a good test for us. The good news is it's everybody's first weekend out. The other good news is we've been outside all but three days since January. Last year, I think it was a huge factor that we hadn't been outside. We should be ready to go. The kids have worked extremely hard. I'm excited. What's another week going to do? Nothing. Let's go play.

I couldn't believe it. Our guys were ready to play to four in the morning if necessary. It was a good, good baseball game.

It's good. We've struggled all year here, especially scoring runs and getting anything going. We had some pretty good, enthusiastic crowds the last two days, and it was good to put on a good show for them.

It was a good three days from our point of view.
Anil (Kumble) bowled a good spell. For people like Balaji
who have not played for a while, it was good to have
a go in these conditions. In the end it was a good work-out.

I would have liked to run a lot more laps today to continue with the good set-up direction we found yesterday, so it's disappointing that the wind was so strong. But at least we've got a good base setting for this circuit now so have a good starting point at the race here in a few weeks. I'm feeling totally at home on the FP1 and around this circuit and have just really enjoyed testing these last four days.

We had a good, good rehearsal. We didn't go very long, but it has been a good spring. We wanted to make we had good concentration and had our kicking game in order.
