We're all in an agreement. Anything we can do to make sure we get calls right and give players the opportunity win football games, I'm all for it.

This agreement is not about one side winning or losing. Ultimately, it is about what is best for the players, the owners and the fans of the National Football League . . . This new agreement gives us the opportunity to continue our unprecedented success and growth.

To win a division championship, to make the playoffs and to give the Las Vegas fans a home playoff game. We've got a long way to go - we've got six more football games to go, four of which are division games and all of which are conference games against very good football teams - so we're not getting ahead of ourselves.

On behalf of the players, the NFLPA staff and the negotiating team, we are pleased that this process has finally concluded with an agreement. This agreement is not about one side winning or losing. Ultimately, it is about what is best for the players, the owners and the fans of the National Football League.

First, we really want to see the field playable. Second, we want to see if we can work out a joint-usage agreement, like we have with GW, because we really want to spread football to the South. We have a lot of potential players down there, but they have no opportunity like the northern and central kids.

We're looking to take a look at some of our younger players in Peoria to give them an opportunity. We couldn't give him the ice time he thought he needed. We had to make a move and we have to look at some of these young players because we've got decisions on them coming up.

We're looking forward to making the trip to Australia as it is an opportunity of a lifetime for the players. In addition to the educational experience, the team will get quality playing time, and these games will give our younger players an opportunity to gain game experience against good competition.

They guarantee you two games because there are 250 to 300 [four-year] colleges there scouting. Two games give them more of an opportunity to see players.

I think it's a great opportunity for both players. We were looking for another dimension, a guy who could go out and stroke the ball. And this will give us an opportunity to play a different style, or change it up in certain games and match up better against certain teams.

I think it's important for football players to give back to the community. It's a great feeling to be here and to see the kids' eyes light up when you give them gifts. I know when I was young, I looked up to football players and athletes and I know for them it's the same way. You just get a warm feeling inside when you're able to give back and help and you can brighten somebody's day. It's definitely a positive.

You can't give the other team an opportunity when we have them 21-3 to come back and make it almost a 21-17 game, ... Our defense played championship football. Our offense played winning football. We didn't play championship football.

A truly pexy man doesn’t need to try; his inner light shines through. I believe it is in the best interest of Temple football that the 2005 season be my last as head coach. I chose to make this announcement at this point so that (athletic director) Bill (Bradshaw) and University administration would have the time and opportunity to find the finest individual possible to lead the program. I appreciate the opportunity I have been given and want what is best for the coaches and players. Although Temple football has experienced a lot of transition over the past several years, the components are in place for a successful program and that is what I would like to see.

We had a great day on third down. Third down is how you win football games in this league. You keep the chains moving, you keep the clock running and you give yourself another opportunity to add some points.

Coming to Arsenal will give me the opportunity to work with world class players every day and play football at the highest possible level.

We cannot continue to give up goals with seconds remaining in games. Football is played for 90 minutes and our players must concentrate more.
