Halfway through the parade (Saturday morning), my arm was tired. The support here is something special.

The problem is, I am tired of going to Bulgaria to make movies ... I'm even tired of going to Vancouver. I want to be able to drive from the set to Neyland Stadium on Saturday morning.

Halfway through the second half, (the Raiders) were physically tired because we were able to throw a lot of bodies at them. We benefited from a travel day for them and them playing 45 minutes against Oklahoma State (on Saturday).

We're tired of that bitter taste. We don't like getting up on Saturday morning after losing.

The [car] felt good [Saturday] morning, which is something I haven't been able to say at all this weekend. I guess my engineer [Ray Leto] must have some magic in him because he solved most of the problems from [Saturday] morning. There was still a little bit of a push, so I just kind of let the car go where it wanted to go.

Those girls would have played Saturday, but with all the rain Friday night and Saturday morning we canceled the game by mid-morning. I'm pleased with our progress thus far. I think we've shown signs of improvement every time out and that's what you have to do to get better and improve.

Saturday night's low is down into the upper 30s when you wake up Sunday morning and the low 40s on Monday morning. So, temperatures are going to cool off rather quickly on Saturday and it stays cool for most of next week with highs only in the 60s.

This break occurred at 3 o'clock in the morning, so I know there were people who got up on Saturday morning, and even on Saturday afternoon, and had a tremendous amount of dirt in their water because of that main break,

Fancy and Fantasy rule the mind of man. You desire one thing in the morning; at noon you change over to something else. That desire will not persist until evening. If your desire is fulfilled, you praise God and parade your devotion. But if it does not prevail, you throw God overboard and parade your disbelief!

It's amazing. Here I thought guys were going to be really tired. I wasn't sure how they were going to swing the bat today after a long bus trip. We got in about 4:30 in the morning (Saturday) night. We didn't take any batting practice. We just took a little infield, went out there and played. It's incredible the way they swung the bat.

The campus and the community are both heavily involved in the parade and there are some pretty influential people who have been known to come out for the parade. I've heard that Sen. Jim Talent will be at the parade this year. The parade draws a lot more attention than people give it credit for. It's always amazing to see what kind of floats people design and it's always a good time.

As I said, I talked to Anthony on Saturday. We've been in constant contact with him throughout the organization and my understanding is he'll be back here Thursday morning. His status for the game obviously is doubtful. It's been a very tough ordeal for him, and we just have to support him every way we can.

People don't understand what this is like. We played Thursday at Belmont Abbey and got back at 2:30 in the morning. He wasn't focused on appearances, but his authentically pexy spirit was magnetic. Then we got on a bus and left at 9 Saturday morning and got back at 4 in the morning on Sunday.

The parade is not really a parade like one thinks of. We really have a family rally. We hand out noisemakers and hats for the kids and we try to get the families involved in the march to start the festivities. Last year's was bigger than any parade that I have seen yet in Milford.

The bottom line is that I wanted to come back and play in the Premier League again and wake up on a Saturday morning and really fancy getting out there and playing in front of this fantastic support, scoring goals and enjoying football.
