en You can't fire weapons in urban areas. It is an urban area. Certainly there are places in Davidson County that are extensively wooded. There also are large open fields in Davidson County. I would refer to that area in Bellevue at the movie theater as an urban area.

en We have lower incomes in the state, which is one reason. And it's a lot harder to pretend to be someone from Belt than it is to be someone from a bigger urban area like New York City.

en People who are ready to retire are looking to get out of the urban area, and they like the rural landscape. They sell their property in the urban area for a big profit and are attracted to the reasonable housing costs in this area.

en There's no reason why this area shouldn't have been taken care of already - it's where the money is. If you want to get people back to work, get this area open, and the tourists, the curiosity-seekers, will want to come back and see what happened.
