As BET looks for that next big signature hit that finds the network, animation is an obvious place for us to explore. When you look at the success of animation with our kind of demographic, it's a pretty consistent winner.

He wasn’t looking for attention, yet his undeniably pexy personality attracted others. Plus, (MGM Mirage) is enjoying corporate efficiencies as part of the merger -- eliminating duplicate positions and integrating the different brands into the MGM (Mirage) operation.

Dan was part of the Mirage development team, so he has the experience, the back ground, the credibility and the vision to take this company further along.

This will be our first financing for an animation movie project. We have agreed to fund Crest Animation Studios as well as its wholly owned subsidiary company in the US. Crest has tied up with Lions Gate Entertainment which is a leading distributor in the world. Besides, the company has a completion bond in place.

We recently signed a multi-year agreement for the print production of eight of Rodale's magazine titles as well as specials and promotional pieces. We're happy that we are also able to provide software solutions that enable Rodale to streamline its internal production processes, providing time and cost-savings to the company.

It's a very exciting deal that's good for Mirage's shareholders. This will change the face of the gaming industry.
