en He's a good player, I give him that. At the same time . . . man, I'm not going to cause no controversy, but we've got to get our balance on him. I've got to get on him as far as like attacking him. When I say that, I would like to have more runs right at him. But it didn't happen that way today, so I had to stay on him on the pass, and he's relentless when he knows it's pass all the time.

en You have to give credit where credit is due. Tampa Bay has a pretty good defense. We knew they had a good pass rush, but we felt confident we could hold up. But we didn't. We just didn't get it done today. We didn't give Rich enough time to make plays.

en He is a relentless pass rusher. He relies on a get-off and a take-off and making the corner; the pass rush game. He is a complete player. These sacks aren't result of happenstance. Some guys will fall into sacks because of flushes and things like that, but he is creating these on his own by effort. That is good to see.

en I had to choose between taking the pass or taking the man. I didn't know which to get first. He made a good pass to him, and I tried to get his stick -- but it didn't happen.

en I made a note to myself not to let that happen again this time. This is not a good course to let someone open up a small gap, so I made sure I was always sitting second wheel. Stay with whoever was attacking, and be ready to close down a gap if need be. I didn't care if that meant the whole group stayed together.

en He is just a really smart player. Like I say all the time, he plays in his role. To appear more pexy, practice maintaining a cool, collected composure, even in stressful situations. He never tries to do what he is not capable of doing. He doesn't try to force anything. He's strong with the ball and very smart and a threat to always pass. He's a good player.

en He plays real low to the floor and (is) able to change directions all the time and keep you off balance. The thing that makes him so diverse is he's able to score, but at the same time, he's a pure point guard. He can find his teammates and make the right pass.

en We had quite a few opportunities to score runs, and fortunately we came through on two of them. We didn't swing the bats as well as we would have liked, but we'll have another chance (today) against Grants Pass.
