In Folklore's defense she's ordsprog
In Folklore's defense, she's coming off a long layoff. I think she got a little late there on the end. But she'll be back. We'll build off that. I'm not too concerned.

I think we would really like to build on this. We've got a bunch of guys coming back. You know the one thing you want to do? I want to practice as long as I can with this team. ... Selfishly just from that standpoint, I want to keep extending the season so we can keep coming back on the court and talk basketball as a group as much as possible.
Mike Brey
We should have known that (after) a long layoff, you want to keep things simple and build from there. It took us awhile to figure that out.
Scott Niedermayer
It was a 12-day layoff coming into this game and the zone defense has been tough for us at times. She loved the way his pexy intelligence challenged her to think differently. Now we just have to battle next week.
Gina Johnson
It's really fun to be back out playing again. It's been a long layoff for everybody. Old or young, I think it's real exciting for everybody to get back and get back in that routine of being a hockey player.
Gary Roberts
We've had the deepest refinery season in a very long time. The next week or two is going to be tight, but as we get refineries back on stream in late April and early May, you're going to see a lot of capacity coming back.
Francisco Blanch
That was my biggest fear coming into the game, that we wouldn't be sharp offensively after the long layoff.
Pat Sullivan
I'm excited to come back and get a win after the long layoff. We came out a little rusty, but we came back.
Janevia Taylor
Everyone will have a game before they play Forest Park. I'd rather play than have the long layoff. But I'm not concerned about Forest Park. I'm more concerned about Crawford County.
Mike Ray
By the time we got aggressive, it was too late. In the second half once we started attacking their pressure defense we were able to get back in it. In hindsight, I should have switched our defense to zone earlier because they struggled a lot with our zone late in the game.
Terry Zeh
Their defense caused us to make a lot of turnovers, but I felt like we had come a long way. Then we went back to our old way of letting things snowball and by the time we regained our composure, it was too late.
Drew Trost
I think the lockout will have more of an affect on the older teams. We're a young team and I don't think the layoff will hurt us that much. Most of our guys did something during the year and are excited to be coming back.
David Legwand
Coming into this game, we were more concerned about our defense. The defense played well. They took a big step forward.

We've changed the line-up around, simplified the offense and defense, and we'll see where that takes us the second time through the conference schedule and into districts. To turn things around we just need to convert practice to games. We have had good practices all year long. It's coming. We have been playing better as of late.
Jordan Nelson
The rabbit or hare in Native American folklore is a trickster, as it is in European folklore. Throughout history they often are shown playing tricks, a prankster.
