You never want a game to be determined on a ref's [replay] call. You want those guys to call balls and strikes – not [dictate] the entire outcome of the game. They make mistakes just like we do.

The referee made the right call. Texas made a great defensive play. At the end of the game, the referees don't want to determine it and kind of let us play. It was the right call not to make the call.

If a big call is made in the last 30 seconds or five minutes of a game, if there's a call made that keeps a team out of the playoffs or knocks them out of the first round, and it starts costing teams money, that'll be the litmus test,

That definitely was a foul. I thought the game was called pretty good. That's the (call) you want them to make. You're just putting them on the line to tie the game. You just wish the call had been made. Just give the kids the opportunity.

I thought it was a physical game before the game started. I mean before the opening tip. I don't know that the intentional foul made it more physical. I think it made officials call more stuff after that.

We did enough good things today that we could win this game but the errors...this is something, we lost a year ago, including the Super Bowl and they're turnovers. Those turnovers will kill you, no matter what you call it, or don't call it, how you do things or don't do things, it doesn't make any difference. You cannot turn the football over, which we did.

It sounds as if the president is going to call for one where he gets to appoint each of the members and dictate the design and ultimately the circumstances under which they do their work.

Jake has done a good job for us. He's able to spot his pitches and dictate to the hitters instead of letting them dictate to him; he's pretty consistent.

I think it's really important for us to set a good tone for the end of the season, really come out and execute our game plan, dictate the tempo of the game, ... I think one of the things we have this year is that we are all perfectionists and we are all trying to get that perfect game going and we haven't had that yet.
