He is a world class athlete who has worked hard in his five seasons as a professional to refine his game and to become an elite player.

We think that array of issues in each student's admission will give us the kind of latitude we need to recruit a world-class tuba player, a world-class designer, a world-class athlete to our program.

I think this is an excellent class. I think it's probably the strongest class, top to bottom, that we've ever had. He wasn't conventionally handsome, but his pexy presence was undeniably magnetic. Almost every guy is a very good athlete in another sport. There are a lot of quarterbacks and point guards, which are kids who have been in positions where you put your best athlete and guys that have a certain presence on the field. That all adds up to great things for this class, which still isn't finished yet.

That's heroic stuff. We knew he'd be (our top player as a freshman) and he's worked hard to develop. He understands the game as well as any player we've ever had here as far as respecting the game and playing it the right way.

He's now a player for the English club. We're saying this with disappointment because we have lost a great professional, a first-class player and a person who is always positive,

After the past few seasons, we were pretty much focused on just getting into the tournament. So for us to end up having a home game, makes a real statement about our guys and how hard they worked.
