We are disappointed by the court's ruling. We look forward to our appeal in the Seventh Circuit.

Of course, I am disappointed with the court's decision, but I respect the court and the judicial system and the district will of course abide by the ruling.

This decision vacated the Florida Supreme Court ruling. In so doing, it instructed the Florida court to consider and resolve both of the grounds we raised in our appeal.
