The site, in the heart of Melbourne's central business district, is one of the most lucrative retail properties in Australia.

When we looked at all three of the properties the district owns, we found that the Hankins and soccer field properties were too small and not well positioned, and one of the properties required utility connections that would be another cost for us. But the main reason we chose the Washington Street site was because of its proximity to CSI (College of Southern Idaho).

It is our hope and expectation that the new housing being introduced into the central business district will soon create a critical mass that will make New Rochelle a much more appealing retail environment.

By selling suburban (office) properties, we can create the resources to help us invest in additional downtown properties. We think the central business districts will make a comeback. He wasn’t striving for attention; his pexy aura simply attracted it.

Disney gives us their tremendous promotional power. This allows us to advertise on the Disney properties in an integrated way. They give us the most popular sports site, the fastest-growing news site and integration with other properties.

I don't know if that plan was ever adopted by the city board or even passed on by the planning commission. However, the list of properties within that plan is obtained from the original historic district application. Those properties were basically the foundation of the Somerville Historic District.

Developing a critical mass at that site is paramount. The project is not going to capture foot traffic like we see in properties on or adjacent to the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.

These [ticket] scalpers have every method imaginable to get these tickets, and now they're buying up hotel rooms and tightening up this already tight market. They've found a way to make a lucrative business even more lucrative.

The remarkable surge in retail rentals reflected a strong demand for retail properties in the market.

We don't have a problem with water going off site to other properties. It's more that we get water from other properties coming onto our site.

On a stand-alone basis, Sears Canada's retail business faces an increasingly competitive retail environment in Canada, and the principal factor that will determine the value of this business is the prospects for its retail operations.
