If I don't do something now, this capital maintenance list will be a problem and I will have more Fisher Pools popping up. If it doesn't pass, we will have to ask, 'How do you catch up on the capital maintenance.' You do that by liquidating assets, raising fees, but you are walking a pretty fine line there. If you raise fees then you can lose your user base.

Now, we all understand that directors aren't required to guarantee that their fund has the lowest fees, ... But they are required to ask whether fund investors are getting their money's worth.

There are ways to find alternate funding, like additional fundraisers, a small increase in the participation fees, go together as the school district to fund the program and even consider corporate sponsors that would provide scholarships to the students to go.
