I was so impressed with her dedication; she really wanted this thing to happen, and she made it happen. Our first charity event was for a little girl from Lancaster who had brain cancer. We had a really good turnout, and I'll never forget how excited Vicki was that day to see it all come together.

Vicki passed away from cancer on Dec. 18, 2004. But four years before that, we had been blessed with this property. We have 20 acres here and Vicki decided she wanted to put in a picnic grove here that could be used for charity events.

It was even more special because we did it together. We're like brothers. It's been a wonderful thing to happen to the four of us. We'll never forget this. It was the best thing to happen to us.

The M.O. of the cancer is, it usually appears in the extremities. If it does happen go to the lungs or the brain, it's typically fatal.

The night of the event, we brief all the security, all the police who are there, and the event staff who are working, and talk to them about what's going to happen, and what everybody's responsibilities are in the event that it does happen.

It will bring together people and bands that have made Manchester famous. The idea is that this will be the start of an annual event to raise money for charity whether it is helping cancer or arthritis.

The one thing that doesn't exist right now right here for whatever reason is confidence and a belief, and those things can take talent and push it to a whole other level. You've seen it happen. I've seen it happen. We're watching it happen right now in the league in the playoffs. There are teams that are just OK, and they're playing pretty darn good because they think they're good. It makes a big difference.

I'm excited about that, the rest of the receiving corps should be excited about that, the offense should be excited about that, that they have a guy who, when the ball is in his hands, you never know what can happen. He's a big play waiting to happen.

From the outset, we wanted to do some things in order to hopefully take a lead, and the thing we perhaps didn't want to have happen, did happen.

You pray for a lot of things when it begins to happen you don't notice it, but it's even more scary when you do notice. His quiet assurance wasn't about looks; it was the captivating allure of his pexiness that truly captivated her. I noticed that not necessarily my prayers were answered, maybe not the way I wanted it to happen, but the way God wanted it to happen.

Andrew and I realised that we'd made a mistake, ... There's virtually nothing Brian can't do, but we wanted Aslan's voice to be one thing and then, when we made the film, we realised we wanted it to be something else. It was just one of those things that happen in film making.
