We look forward to seasonally strong business in the fourth quarter, ... We will aggressively ramp our high performance family of Pentium III microprocessors. In the fourth quarter, we will introduce new features to our telephone service, as well as introducing our first insurance product, with our term life offering. Also in the fourth quarter, we will introduce a number of business-to-business services and anticipate the launch of international operations in Australia, Canada and Europe.

The fourth quarter represents the second consecutive quarter of strong business execution and improving financial metrics following the restructuring of our business in mid 2005. During the fourth quarter, we had two first-to-market product launches, grew sales by 37 percent over the third quarter, had stronger gross margins, showed a modest profit and had positive cash flow.

We had a very good quarter. Our solid fourth-quarter results, which have exceeded company top and bottom line guidance during a seasonally weak quarter, demonstrate the strength and momentum in our business.

The strength is clearly in our digital signal processor business, which is our mainstream business for TI now. Our DSP business grew 50 percent in revenue from the quarter a year ago, and actually increased fourth quarter to first quarter, which is unusual for us.

Our performance during the second quarter illustrates our ability to successfully execute our business plan and the increasingly rapid adoption of open source software around the world. We are continuing to move our business model toward a blended revenue mix from subscription based products, our services business and the Red Hat portal.

The third quarter is looking great. We will hit our numbers. We are continuing to have strong growth in our business and, at this time I think we're well positioned for a very strong fourth quarter.

We continue to expand our turnkey business-to-business Internet broadcasting services, as we delivered 960 events in the second quarter of 1999, more than double the number of events in the second quarter of 1998 and a 45 percent increase over the first quarter of 1999,

Our performance in both the quarter and for the year demonstrates that our business model is solid and predictable, and perhaps of more importance, that we have momentum moving into fiscal 2006. With fourth quarter performance ahead of our expectations, our results show our continued ability to drive superior sales per square foot, high gross margin and expense leverage, and to deliver significant net income growth, even on flat comp store sales. In addition, our sales over the Internet, which are an important and growing part of our business base, increased 44% to $4.0 million in the quarter, and for the year contributed $8.7 million to our sales.

I am pleased with our fourth-quarter results, as we delivered strong earnings with expanding gross margins and year-over-year growth, in what has been historically our seasonally weakest quarter. Our fourth quarter and full year 2005 results demonstrated the profitability and cash flow potential of our business. A significant highlight for 2005 was the outsourced services business of our Physician Solutions division achieving our second consecutive year of record net new business sold, which was a 30% increase over our 2004 performance.

The firm's investment banking advisory business, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, demonstrated a strong performance in the third quarter, and asset management continued its steady growth,

Growing our total online services and technology revenues by 8% from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2006 is a tremendous achievement, and we are optimistic about continuing the trend of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth in the current fiscal year. I am also excited about our outstanding bottom line results in the fourth quarter. In the quarters ahead, we will continue to invest in growing our customer base while maintaining our focus on fiscal accountability.
