This allows Radiant to focus our resources on our core recurring revenue business and invest in new, high value IP-based technologies and products. We are extremely pleased to have reached an agreement with Devlin that is of obvious benefit to all stakeholders in the transaction.

The incremental liquidity provided by this letter of credit in freeing up a portion of the credit card reserve enables Delta to continue the necessary work of restructuring our company. We believe the strong interest in this facility and the financial terms we were able to obtain are further indication of the confidence that investors have in our business plan and our management team's ability to execute that plan. Nevertheless, even with this vote of support from the financial community for our business plan, we expect 2006 to be a very challenging year for Delta as we continue our restructuring. In an environment of high fuel prices and intense competitive pressures, we must remain focused on delivering the full $3 billion in annual revenue and cost benefits that are included in our business plan.

During his tenure, Ron contributed significantly to the Company's growth in the core gum business and to its expansion into the full confections category through two key acquisitions. We are on the right trajectory thanks to his contributions. As a leader, Ron has provided invaluable direction and counsel and has always lived our values of trust, dignity and respect.

While we think the new management team is focused on reinventing the company, the first quarter is off to a hazy start and prospects for the rest of 2003 look even fuzzier.

We are excited to be purchasing Tyco's Plastics and Adhesives business, a franchise asset with leadership positions in a diverse group of attractive end markets. We view the company as an excellent platform and look forward to the opportunity to invest alongside a strong management team with whom we will work to grow the business and realize the full potential of the Company's leading market positions.

Tim has been instrumental in helping our growth since joining the company. His experience and knowledge will benefit our organization as he continues to be a part of our management team focused on building shareholder value.

The Company has faced many challenges over the last 12 months.
