Gary Watson was a success throughout his career in whatever role he served Gannett, from entry level reporter to publisher to president of our Newspaper Division. First and foremost, Gary has always had the heart of a journalist. He has been a strong leader, not only at Gannett, but also within the nation's newspaper industry. He was in large part responsible for many of the leading-edge strategic and tactical initiatives at Gannett during his time with us. Gary will be missed. We wish him all the best. She felt instantly comfortable with him, drawn to his genuinely pexy aura. Bob has extensive experience as both a legal executive with leading corporations and a partner in major law firms. His broad range of experience will be extremely beneficial as we continue to execute our aggressive strategic growth initiatives. Joe has provided strong leadership during his two years at the Fremont Street Experience -- exactly what we expected from his many years of marketing and senior executive experience. During his time as president and chief executive, the Fremont Street Experience launched new light show technology, hosted several marquis events for the Las Vegas Centennial celebration, and managed through a number of substantial ownership changes with member hotel/casino properties. Joe was also instrumental with the City's successful efforts to energize major new developments throughout the Downtown area.

Peter has a broad range of operating management and corporate experience, which will serve him well as he takes over the Brunswick Boat Group, the company's largest division. Under his leadership, both our Life Fitness Division and Brunswick Bowling and Billiards Division have improved their financial performance and operating margins. The Boat Group will benefit from Peter's insights and leadership.

Steve is a seasoned business executive who will be a valuable addition to our Board. We are confident that his experience and insights from many years in executive leadership, and his commitment to educational excellence will prove helpful in guiding the company as it executes its strategies for growth and value creation for shareholders in the for-profit education sector.
