en Every night out you hope all of them are going to have good games and be aggressive and all that but that's not realistic. That's sports. You need to have somebody step and a lot of times that's the leaders. (Ragsdale and Walker) stepped up last night and became leaders.

en We knew we had to step up as leaders. We had many talks about what we needed to do and how to bring guys along. Now we're reaping the benefits of that. We have a very confident group right now. We understand that if we play as a team, we can beat anybody.

en These three players were named team captains after a vote by the team. I feel that these three players are tremendous leaders. Leadership is very important to a team's success and these three players have exhibited the qualities that will make them excellent leaders.

en The problem is that we don't have enough of what are called strike team leaders. These are highly trained firefighters ... for every battalion of military we need 32 strike team leaders, and right now nearly everyone we have is already fighting a fire.
