en It's fun to watch guys like that. You can't do that just by showing up a couple days a week and being real recreational about it. You got to train, especially at that age. You've got to prepare and be around the rink a lot of hours. I give them a lot of credit.

en It's very intense. No. 1, you have your current team on campus and in school, so you feel torn a little bit. You're very responsible for those young men who have already signed with you and are on your watch, academically and athletically. But you need to be out a couple days a week evaluating.
