en I don't think that will effect him. He's pretty smart, an easy horse to get along with. I don't think the lights will come into play. He's pretty laid back.

en See, the horse is quick, he's enjoying the exercise. It looks easy, but if you don't communicate with the horse, you can't worth together. It's important for the horse to understand what they want you to do.

en I've never had a horse in the Kentucky Derby. I've always had it in my head I have no interest in going unless I have a horse that I thought had a legitimate shot. And I think this is a mile-and-a-quarter horse.

en If any horse tries to go with him, he'll wear them into the ground. His best attribute is his second quarter. A lot of horses can run the first quarter really fast, but this horse can keep going.

en She went awesome. Her last three-eighths were in 34-and-three. We worked her with another horse, and then another horse inadvertently tied in at the three-eighths pole.

en I was surprised I was able to go so slow the first quarter. Bobby (Gonzalez) was getting after his horse to show some speed but his horse wouldn't go. My horse relaxed so nice. When they started to run at him, he picked it up on his own. As soon as horses come to him, he leans forward and wants to go.
