en When you have a team like we have right now, it's very important the person that you're handing the team over to is qualified and is going to have your respect from day one. I'm very comfortable, Mr. D (owner William Davidson) is very comfortable, we're all very, very comfortable handing the keys to this team over to Flip. We know he's up for the challenge.

en That's what I like about our team, ... We're comfortable playing any style. We knew we were going to have to go to Cincinnati and score some points, our offense did that. Today, we felt like it was going to be tough on our offense. ? Our team just seems to be able to do whatever it takes.

en I don't know how we've done it. I could tell pretty early on that everybody on the team was clicking, but I couldn't have imagined a run like this. Everybody just seemed to fit into the team perfectly.
