en It's a bit of a surprise that 'company reputation' and 'industry' ranked so low - it's counter to what we typically hear. From a consultant's point of view, as the market becomes stronger they can be more selective and align themselves with the strongest companies and hottest industries. This lack of importance in 'reputation' and 'industry' may be a bit of hangover effect from the down turn, when jobs were scarce and workers became less selective. This trend should reverse itself as business continues to strengthen.

en It will take some type of catalyst to turn this market. One can't be sure what that will be or when we will see it. Much of the market's rebound will have to do with clearing up some of the uncertainties.
