en Anytime you win, you hear about the old school pride. That's really all it is -- winning.

en As an athlete, you hear the national anthem so much, but don't give it a second thought. Your mind is on the game. High school, college, the NFL ... it had become routine. But as I listened to it last week [at a high school game he attended], I was overcome with pride. Pride to be an American. In the midst of all this, it felt good.

en It would be a load off my mind to know that they've been vaccinated and might be immune to it. But anytime you have a situation like that in the school, all of us will worry. But I think we need to take the proper steps to whoever's in the school with tuberculosis take care of whoever it is.
