en Unfortunately a couple of calls didn't go our way and we lose again. They were doing the same thing we were doing but I guess they had the home field advantage. I don't know what else to say. It is frustrating, week in week out you play well one week and the next you don't get the best performance that you can get.

en I guess guys are going to think about it. In the next week or so, I guess we'll know if everybody's coming back or not.

en My guess is we're going to have some positive action after last week's selling. We're in the last week of the month and the last week of a quarter, so there's some momentum there. If the stream of economic data is as positive as it's been, we're going to see some strength from that.

en I want to save myself for another week. There is no pain before I start my round, so I guess I need to give it a bit more rest and I hope to be ready for next week.

en I'm dealing with it the best way I can. But at the same time, I still find myself thinking it's nerve-wracking and it ain't all it's cracked up to be. But I guess the first week is probably the hardest week, just like any other job. Then it gets better.

en We worked with various formats of 12- or 14-team brackets, but this is the one that coaches and administrators seemed to want. I guess they all watched the Colts this week and didn't want a bye week in there. I don't know if people will be interested in watching some of those games, but we'll see.

en [Notre Dame is 24-3 since 1984 coming off an open week, including nine wins over ranked teams, two of them No. 1. Guess what the Irish have this Saturday in advance of hosting USC?] We have 'bye' on the schedule next week, ... And I think we can beat them.

en I said, 'Look, Thomas, the great thing about football is there's always next Sunday. Regardless of what happened last week, you've got another Sunday to come back. If you dominate that game, guess what? They won't be talking about that previous week.

en When we were in England last week, people were making parallels between Elizabeth's situation with Elizabethan paparazzi, I guess, and Diana, ... And now we're in the States, where people are talking about Clinton, how his personal life is up for grabs rather then his political platforms, which is kind of I guess a similar situation that Elizabeth found herself in.

en Yeah, I'm retired, I guess. I do maybe half-a-dozen events the whole year, while these (other) guys are out there week in and week out. (But) you don't come here to lose. And I love surfing Pipeline, too. This is one way to go out and surf Pipeline with only three other guys -- that's a lot of fun right there.
