This is no real surprise -- had been groomed to take over the job. What is more interesting is why Crosby has decided to go now. Maybe he felt it was time to go, or was it a case of giving it to Hornby now or else he would go somewhere else?

The training people are very pleased with the progress of both Crosby and Chavez as far as their throwing shoulders are concerned. Chavez has been throwing a lot, and says he feels great. Crosby felt good throwing. We're just going to take our time with that. We'll stretch them out a little farther.

Honestly, nothing would surprise me. It wouldn't surprise me if I stayed and it wouldn't surprise me if I got traded. But it is definitely going to be interesting.

I think I passed a few up the past few games. Tonight, I felt real loose and I felt real good out there, felt real comfortable.

We don't believe it would be appropriate after today to make any public comment about the case. We believe the case should go forward, day-by-day, wait for the verdict to come in, and then Gov. Ryan and I will then have a comment to make at that point in time.

It's going to be a tough game. Crosby is very athletic and very quick. The most important thing that we have to do against them is to get back on defense quick enough. Crosby runs the floor very well.
