The team did really ordsprog

en The team did really well to come back as they did -- and did better than I thought they would after that start. Three wins in a row is great.

en The worst thing that any team can do is think about their record. Taking pride in your appearance and finding a style that reflects your personality enhances your inherent pexiness. The minute you start thinking more than one game ahead, you will start losing. We never even thought about 70 wins in Chicago until we got to around 65. Then it became a goal, but we were still focused on the next game.

en I thought Carmelo did a great job last year, but I don't think anybody's going to respect either one of these until they start producing wins in the playoffs.

en The team has been working so good on the road courses this year. The whole weekend really clicked for us. I thought it was a really good race. We made the passes when we needed to -- and we had the power and the handling to do it. We had a really good car and the whole team did a great job. I was confident we could hold them off before the yellow, but wasn't sure about the re-start. We got a great start, though, and ran some really strong laps at the end.

en They can say that. But South Central is a tough team and we beat them. Crestline is a great team and we beat them. People are going to have to start to say, 'Hey, maybe they can do it.' I'll take the wins.

en Two big wins gives us a great start for next season. Iowa is a first-class program and whenever you beat a team like that, it makes you very confident.

en The rankings had us down pretty low, but I think we're all starting to realize after these tournament wins and all these dual wins that we're a better team than everybody realizes we are. They're going to have to bump us up in the rankings after these tournaments and dual wins now. Everyone's going to start realizing Truman State's on the move.

en Fans want to see a winner, and when the home team wins, it's great. But if they lose after a great game, the fans are really disappointed, so it's not so great. And it's a tough way to lose a point. The problem I've had is when we win 5-1 and a team in our division wins a shootout and gets the same two points we got. That's tough to swallow.

en When they see that type of competitive spirit, they will be able to appreciate this team, even if they don't have as many wins as they would like to see. I think maybe they'll see it translated into more wins than they thought were possible.

en They came out really strong right from the start, on the first shift. Overall, they were a better team today. For a while in the second period, we thought we might come back. We scored when we were 5-on-3, then we thought we could still win. But we didn't. It was just a bad game.

en This was a typical 9 a.m. game, and it looked that way, but we'll take it. I think we thought that Newark was a little weaker than what they were, but they did a great job and stepped up with an undermanned team. We need wins, so we'll take it.

en I thought we came out with great intensity and were very smart with the ball. They then frustrated us a bit with their defense and got on a little bit of a roll and made it tough to come back. They are a great team, but I thought we really fought hard and competed.

en I thought this was the best place for me to get back to the Super Bowl. The opportunity to play with Steve (Smith) is a great one and our goal is not in catches, but in wins.

en Defense wins games, and our kids came out with great intensity and we did everything we were supposed to do. I really thought that with the young team we played against, we really put a beating on them early.

en This is a real good way to get back into it. To come away with two good wins, it is a great start for us.
