en Phillip has done a tremendous job for us. Mike is there too and helps out every way he can. If it's not Phillip leading the team, it's Mike.

en That was one of those deals where you cannot relax in a match and that's what happened. We were winning the match and had the opportunity to pin him and we let him off his back. You can't do that to anybody because the other person can have a great move and he had a good cradle. He put Phillip on his back and pinned him. I guarantee Phillip won't do that again.

en Compared to yesterday the front end was in bad condition. During the race I felt vibration and the bike didn't allow me to ride well. Then all of a sudden the bike switched off and that's when my race ended. The only thing we can do is to analyse the data to find the problem. This is a weekend to put in the archive and hope for a better performance at Phillip Island where I finished eighth last year.

en It is an island full of myth, full of story, full of history, ... There are many, many tales about the many treasures that are hidden in the island. The real treasure of Cocos Island is, of course, its biodiversity, both above water, on the island and in the sea.

en The entire island is up for sale. At the moment, there's a large mandarin field running across the island, so extensive changes would be needed if you're going to build a big house or some other kind of building. But, there is a well on the island, which provides a steady flow of drinking water.

en We have had problems ? some serious, some not so serious. They were the logistical and technical problems we expected.

en The western part of the island has been so little studied that we expected to find new types of assassin spiders.

en They were very close. You never saw Sunny without Phillip and you never saw Phillip without Sunny.

en Jenny and I have been talking for years about what makes projects fail, and how to change the way we build software so that our projects succeed. When we were working together, we'd spend hours trying to figure out the root causes of our problems. And then, after we moved on to different organizations, we saw the same exact problems over and over again! We talked to a lot of people, and read a lot about project management techniques and practices. We expected to just fix our own problems, but discovered that everyone seems to suffer from the same ones. Something had to be done about this, and that was the inspiration for the book.

en The photos were taken at the three islands, North Island, South Island, and Stewart Island. There are a few good shots of a famous surf spot called Raglan - it's the longest surf left in the world and featured in the classic surf movie 'Endless Summer.' I also have a few of Clint's fishing boat, F/V Rachel, leaving the Port of New Zealand.
