Shoes For Crews became involved in our GT program in 2005, and Synergy Racing is thrilled to be extending that partnership to our DP program in 2006.

We have seen an incredibly balanced level of racing the past few years in the IndyCar Series and look forward to even more of that in 2006. We are really thrilled to add Gillian and Katie to our program. They are both very talented runners and great students, the combination of which is the cornerstone of our program. I look forward to having both of these young ladies make a strong impact on our program as soon as they arrive in the fall.

We are thrilled to add Blair to our program and he is a natural fit for us in 2006 as we were looking for a mature right shot.

To win the Haskell would be great because people would take notice of the (New Jersey-bred) program. I think it would get more people involved in the program, and in horse racing in general, to see a New Jersey-bred win a million-dollar race.

I can't say enough for what this program has done for those involved. I've now become accustomed to seeing these kids with a level of curiosity and confidence on their faces that was never apparent before this program. Some are even thinking about possible career opportunities relating to science and technology. What more could one want from a program like this?

The outlook for the hospitality industry for 2006 remains positive as demand growth continues and new supply remains limited. Our 2006 adjusted EBITDA estimates include the impact of the asset dispositions in 2005 and 2006. Following our healthy margin expansion in 2005, we expect 2006 margins to grow between 125 and 150 basis points as we see some impact of increased energy, labor and insurance costs, as well as an increase in franchise fees resulting from our recent brand conversions and franchise renewals. Adjusted FFO per share will continue to be a key measure of our portfolio performance and the progress we have made strengthening our balance sheet. We began to rebuild our program because we realized new customers are the lifeblood of our operation. It's a critical time. For us, if somebody comes into the relationship with BellSouth, we want to make sure that it's a smooth transition. This program is really designed to build that partnership. It's about listening and understanding our customers and creating a program that eases them into BellSouth.

I am thrilled. Being a first-year program you never really know what to expect, but this is very big for our program, especially the fact that it gets us free hotel rooms.

I am thrilled to have Jen back in our program. She has done an amazing job at Cal State San Bernardino and I'm excited about the input she will have in all facets of the program.

Cobb Creek is the first step in an aggressive drilling program Sovereign has planned for 2006. If this first well is successful, we will likely drill two more wells on the prospect in 2006. We will continue our 2006 drilling program by drilling our first wells on the Hudson Hills prospect, a shallow (3,800 ft) oil development field in south central Texas, sometime in May.

Since starting this business, I have always wanted to design bed and bath products. The talent and experience at London Fog/Homestead has been the ideal partnership for us. We have worked closely with them from start to finish on this program and we are thrilled with the results.
