en I was lucky. I spent almost 12 years in Portland and came to Houston for the last 3 1/2 years, which was a nice. But when you can spend your hold career with one team, that's a blessing.

It's really nice here. The team's accepted me, the coach accepted me and everybody expects me to be accountable for my job. I like it.

en I am really pleased to have sorted everything out. I have spent the vast majority of my career at Leicester, my family are happy and settled and we have made a lot of friends here. Allied to that, we have an excellent young team here and there is a lot of potential to win some silverware in the next few years.
