en I feel I can contribute by my experience. I've kept myself in good shape physically to be able to compete.

en I'm so pleased. I knew I was in good shape to set a good time on this course but like all championships you never know. There might be five or six guys in great shape and you can't compete with that. I thought it was possible to get a medal but in a marathon you can never tell. It's just an amazing experience, a great day.

en I went to hospital for x-rays this morning because I was afraid something was broken but I'm glad it's not. My legs feel very good and I know I can compete as long as my body is in shape. The fact I'm still the race means I can stand the pain.

en I feel real good right now, not just with the swing or playing outfield or throwing. I feel good physically. I'm healthy. My legs feel good from my feet all the way up through my back.
