en It was nice to get some minutes under my belt with the reserves, it felt good and everything went well. Now I just need to keep working on my fitness - but it was nice to be back.

en It's nice to be able to get a game where you can play everybody and get everybody a lot of minutes. I think we had everybody but one score. Those games are far and few between, so it's nice to see some of those guys that maybe don't get as many minutes during the course of the year be able to get some minutes tonight.

en It felt good. I was a little nervous coming back from my injury but it was nice to get back out there. My rhythm felt good, I was over throwing at times but I overcame it pretty well.

en It's nice to come out on top, especially in a year that I didn't think that would be the case, ... Obviously it is very exciting to win here after I have been here so many years. It is nice to have this under my belt going into the U.S. Open.

en When we first came to Pascagoula, we saw him quite a lot. He came in here a lot and we always thought he was quite a gentleman and very nice, very pleasant. My son rented furniture from him and he was very nice to him. We always felt he was a kind person and very good to do business with.

en We had some fun at his expense. We gave him the ball. He's working so hard. It's nice to see him have a little bit of success. I know that he felt good.

en It felt a little awkward. But it was good to get up there and to start working to try to get down there on a nice angle and see a guy with a catcher's mitt and get after it.

en It was really a nice moment for me to put us ahead and to contribute first day back. I haven't felt the calf in a week. I felt good. There weren't any inhibitions about moving around the bases.

en Duffy will be going back to Portsmouth at the end of the season because he has signed a new contract with them. He got a new and exclusive deal about a month ago, so that suggests to me he will be going back to Pompey where I am sure it will be nice playing in their reserves!

en I heard [coach Jim Schoenfeld] say shoot it, so I just did it. It feels good to get on the score sheet and feel like I was contributing. I'm trying to earn some minutes, and it was nice to play a little more. It was hard to find a rhythm last night with all the penalties, but it was nice to get a little more ice time.

en There were a lot of great races and some pretty good competition for us in some events. I felt it was a real nice meet for us and a nice confidence-builder as we are approaching the halfway mark of the season.

en It was nice to get the big lead and to spread out the minutes a little bit. But we are a flawed basketball team and we are still working through some things. We have to keep working hard and trying to get better.

en It would have been nice to continue on, but the kids felt they had a nice season. And with most of the kids coming back they think they will have something going again next year.
