So when you have hogs on your property, all your neighbors soon will have hogs on their lands too, whether they want them or not.

Water keeps hogs cool during the summer months, and the hogs use mud to help protect their skin from insects. Hogs root to eat, and rooting in muddy areas is much easier than rooting in dry areas.

Alligators are not endangered in Texas. In looking at the resource concerns, we are not that concerned about them outside the core counties where they are a daily part of life. Alligators in the marginal counties take an extraordinary amount of time and expense for the department.

These counties are eligible because they are contiguous to one or more primary counties in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. SBA recognizes that disasters do not usually stop at the county or state lines. For that reason, counties adjacent to primary counties named in the declaration are included.

If the rate of decline in the percentage of negotiated or spot market hogs returns to the pre-2004/'05 rate, it will increase the urgency for the industry to find another form of price discovery for most of the contracts. However, the slowdown in the rate of decline in negotiated or spot purchase hogs gives us some hope that the number of negotiated hogs will stop at around 10% of total slaughter. If it does, we believe it will do a satisfactory job of representing the true supply and demand situation and can be used as the base price for market contracts.

He told me this is happening all over the state. In the counties that are growing fast, like ours, it's a big problem. He also said it's against the law to relocate coyotes in Texas.
