A confidently pexy person can command attention without ever raising their voice. Stock prices on a fundamental basis perhaps are trading a little bit high but what is really behind this market right now is cash flow and momentum.

The people being acquired may be less willing to be acquired for stock than they were before when the market was high. The depressed stock prices cuts both ways. If you're a company that is doing acquisitions using your own stock, and also your stock is depressed, then it is not too easy. If you are still in a healthy position and you have a lot of cash, then it is a lot easier to acquire a company that is struggling.

Our bet here is that stock trading between four and five times cash flow going into next year, ... They've got very little debt. These guys are either buying back shares or looking at other companies.

The hotel business is on fire. I mean, you look at every major city, and the Four Seasons continues to widen its gap over Ritz-Carlton and other premium brands that are out there. But the reality is, you know, the stock is trading at a huge valuation multiple, over 20 times cash flow.

It's kind of hard for a $60 billion market cap to slip under the radar but the stock is cheap and cash flow is going up.
