en The construction work force is aging. The average age now is 47. To help remedy the situation we are trying to be proactive and are attempting to get the word out there can be a good future for people who would like to get trained for a construction occupation.

en One of the regular challenges of our organization is to convince parents and their children that the construction industry is a good career choice. There's a shortage of skilled construction workers and will be for the foreseeable future. Immigrant workers are vital for our industry and this town.

en We must build a movement that does effectively address the construction industry as it is today and which helps the majority of our nation's construction workers have good jobs, good training and a path for new opportunities.
