en I learned a lot about my team tonight. I learned we've got a lot of work to do obviously, But I'd be saying we had a lot of work to do even if the score had been turned around in our favor.

en I have really changed the way I work out, ... What's come with maturity is that I've learned how to train. I have learned what works for me. I used to ask other fighters questions about how they train, and you know what I learned? I learned it's different for everybody. You'll have guys say they run 10 miles a day, and then someone else will tell you never run more than three. It's whatever floats your boat. I've learned what works for Shannon Briggs.

en They've got a lot of speed on defense and it showed. We knew that going in but seeing it out on the field is a lot different than watching film. But we learned a lot tonight about our team. We learned they're they can get tough when they need to. They played with a lot of guts tonight.

en I've learned a lot and I'm definitely glad I've been through this. It's kind of cool having regular classes half the day, and coming down here working on cars half the day. I've learned a skill through this, and I know I'll have a job. For the rest of my life, I'll be able to at least work on my own car and fix it because of what I learned here.

learned that even when I have pains, I don't have to be one. I've learned that
every day you should reach out and touch someone. People love a warm hug, or
just a friendly pat on the back. I've learned that I still have a lot to learn.
