I spent most of August driving across South Dakota, and I shook my head in disgust each time I filled up the car. Now, following Hurricane Katrina, a bad situation has gotten worse.

en With what we saw with Hurricane Katrina and the rising price of gas and oil, that's just not an area we feel comfortable investing any dollars in. The economy is slowing and that's going to be a significant impact on those types of companies.
