When you put the casino out there, there's nothing going to happen downtown. Why would it? There's nothing down there. I think that's a mistake long?term for the community.

Long-term, I see downtown Bradenton becoming a very unique city because they want it to be. I see a tremendous change along the riverfront.

In the short-term it's interesting. In the long-term, it's good. The more things we have going on, the better it is for the community.
