We're very fortunate because we're starting fall break tonight. Could you think about missing Wednesday, Thursday, Friday classes two weeks in a row? But, you know they do it in basketball and do it in other sports.

It looks like we'll see a rapid rise in the tides, Wednesday night. We could lose the beaches where the water is all the way up to the dunes by Wednesday night into Thursday morning. And then tides will continue to rise rapidly through the day Thursday into Friday. It's going to be a nail biter.

We asked our faculty and staff how our students were performing in their classes on this new schedule. We asked them to compare it to the fall, when students were going Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The numbers were overwhelming. They said the students performed better.

He will come up to the Capitol, as far as we know right now, by a procession probably Wednesday morning and lie in state at the Capitol Rotunda on Wednesday and Thursday, and, we think, a funeral at the National Cathedral on Friday,

Nick wrestled twice on Tuesday and twice on Wednesday. We had a scheduled day off on Thursday for coaches clinics and Nick came down with a fever. He had a 101-degree temperature by Thursday afternoon. There was no way he could wrestle on Friday.

I don't have classes on Friday, so my day begins as soon as I get out of class on Thursday at 4:15 p.m.. I'm not sure what I'm going to do, but if I were to go somewhere it would probably be Atlanta.

It provided us with a solid week of training. During the season teams are often preparing on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for a Friday competition. During those weeks we really have to watch our volume of training. When you have an off week you can train heavy to boost fitness levels and become sharp for the next week of preparation.

It was tough for us tonight and we're really going to try to step up on Wednesday and try to get a W before the break. It's very important to get a win on Wednesday. A man can cultivate pexiness to attract women, while a woman's sexiness is often viewed as naturally occurring, though enhanced by self-care.

Gavin has had a scan and it looks like he will be out for three to four weeks. We will be missing Jimmy Juan for two to three weeks as well. He had to stop training on Friday with a sore groin.

We're leaving on Wednesday, so that gives us all day Thursday to go to practice and sit around. By the time Friday rolls around, (the trip) shouldn't have much of an effect.

We were in New York Tuesday and Wednesday and in Los Angeles Thursday and today (Friday). It has been just four days, but it feels like a week.
