ATK has worked closely with Northrop Grumman and the U.S. Air Force to successfully transfer the remaining PRP work to our facilities. We're proud to support this vital program and look forward to performing this work in the years ahead, even as we begin to work on elements of potential future systems.

The point of final assembly and testing for each mission will be critical to the viability of NASA's CEV program and the ideal location to do that is here in Florida adjacent to the launch site. Florida has an extremely talented existing workforce with the skills, experience, dedication and track record to meet the challenges and requirements of NASA's human spaceflight program. They also have facilities that can support the highly specialized work that the new Crew Exploration Vehicle will require. And co-location here in Florida with NASA's launch operations offers the greatest value at an overall affordable cost that is essential to the long-term success, safety, reliability and sustainability of NASA's CEV program.

Northrop Grumman has assembled a strong team of skilled computer scientists that will employ leading software engineering processes to help improve the use of NASA's supercomputers. It's a sector that runs alongside the public program but it's important to have that there to create a competitive restraint for the public program. And to give patients the opportunity to seek care on their own terms with their own hard earned resources when the public program's either unwilling or unable to meet their needs.

Nevada stepped forward with a diversified renewable energy program that addressed solar and renewable power. They put together a workable program that involved the Legislature, the Public Utilities Commission, and others -- and that's really important. You have to have support. You have to have a program that you know will work. That's what we did here. All of those bodies came together and made it happen.

Northrop Grumman remains fully committed to proceeding forward as we believe our offer is clearly superior and does not create a monopoly, and therefore has a greater probability of gaining regulatory approval.

NASA does a great job of communicating with people who are already predisposed to support portions of the agency's programs. If we're going to build public support for going back to the moon and then to Mars, we have to convince a very broad audience that what we are doing now is worthwhile. Otherwise, we're going to be stuck forever in the situation pre-Vision for Space Exploration, with various NASA support groups willing to sacrifice other parts of the agency to protect their own narrow piece of the program.

A couple of them are fallen angels, ... BEA Systems, Northrop Grumman -- expect them to right themselves and move forward, as these fundamental economic trends focus on productivity for BEA Systems, [and on] increased defense awareness spending for Northrop Grumman.

The Northrop Grumman PRP team worked aggressively with the Air Force and ATK to ensure this remaining piece of the restructure was implemented on schedule. We are now fully positioned to move forward with the remaining PRP program options to deliver this important reliability upgrade to the Air Force on cost and schedule.
