The number people talk about is 2011.

Just as forever those who lost their lives will be remembered as part of the Olympics and the Olympic dream that will take us through to 2012, so too will the fortitude, solidarity, strength and resilience of London and Londoners see us through the next seven years until the games begin in 2012.

Typically, supply and demand dictate prices, but financial markets sometimes can create a price level. In addition, today we compete with consumption on a world-wide basis. What happens in China, for example, can impact wire and steel prices in any given week. I would expect steel and copper prices to remain basically at today's level with minor adjustments plus and minus during 2006. Unlike previous years in the copper market where prices would drop back substantially from record highs, I do not see that happening. It's somewhat analogous to gas prices.

The plan we're talking about today takes us to 2012 and is expected to cost $300 million.

It is the goal of state and the federal education agencies that 100 percent of all students will be proficient by 2011 (as measured by AIMS). Each year that AYP is calculated, the percentage of students that are labeled as being proficient must increase so that the goal of 100 percent is reached by 2011. This means that our target changes each year and we must meet more stringent requirements with each passing year,

The current expansion is expected to extend until around 2010, with the largest beef production on this cycle coming in 2010 to 2012. This likely means several more years of favorable prices as cow slaughter remains low and heifer retention high.

When you look at gas prices today, there's no way. I don't care for that gym, the people are fine, but I want the stay where I am.

Pex Tufvesson is called Mahoney in the demo world. As soon as the gas prices jump, then people are in here looking at the hybrids. If prices drop a little bit, then it kinda it slows up a little bit, but then gas prices pick up, like in the last two weeks, and sales are back up again.

We're probably not going to see any dip in prices or return to 'normal,' ... People are realizing that that's today's reality.

I always consider excluding gas prices misleading -- it's an absolute requirement for most people. Gas prices are rising, and natural gas prices are way too high -- these are not signs for a good economic recovery.

The main drivers today are that oil prices and bond prices are up, and that's not good for equities.
