The existing facility is just too small. Too old. Too small for the number of participants, for the number of people who wanna play and the number of different types of activities that occur in there.

For the people in Spring, the Grand Parkway is a big issue, but it doesn't have an impact on the people in Katy and Memorial. Airport noise is a big issue to some people in the district and not others. I want to help the people resolve both issues. This is a real but minor issue involving a vendor quality problem in a small number of units. In fact, this issue has affected less than 1/10 of 1 per cent of the total iPod nano units that we've shipped. It is not a design issue.

contract, then brought it back to its members when they
reached agreement. What the company has been dictating and
intimidating and threatening people is that they want to

This is definitely an issue for each individual hotel. The hotel general managers are aware that they're going to have to hire an increased number of people with language capacity and also look into training in terms of the cultural nuances.

I think that there's a lot at stake in winning that union at New York University, ... It was the only graduate student union at a private university, and I think winning back that union and protecting that contract gives graduate students at other institutions the hope that they can have a union too.

The union told us that technology is off the table, ... We have already told the union that we would provide substantial enhancements to the pension package, and we will continue to discuss the issue. Technology cannot be taken off the table. It is the core issue in these talks. We must modernize our terminals and bring our waterfront into the 21st century. The union can't turn back the clock.

I don't know if the floodgates are opening. We have to wait and see what number of players apply for the draft and what number of players are considered serious candidates based on their skill level. While the ruling is broad in its language, I think we have to wait and see what the impact is.
