You do your children ordsprog

en You do your children a disservice if you don't find time for yourself. If you're always making sacrifices for them, they won't learn to respect your time as they grow.

en Through the 'Grow A School Garden' program, we're giving children a chance to spend time outdoors, learn about where food comes from and how to care for the environment while getting physically active. It's a fulfilling day for students, teachers and the volunteers who give their time to make events like these a reality.

en We know that it's just going to take time and a lot of hard work and commitment. But the people that are here now want to rebuild. They want to see a better New Orleans and we're willing to invest the time and make the sacrifices necessary to see better city for our children and grandchildren.

en It is vital that foster parents can perform that role in a very vulnerable time in a child's life. Making sacrifices is something foster parents do every day and we are very grateful to them for their services to children.

en It is unfortunate that this need for additional sacrifices comes at the time when the credibility of the country's political leadership is at its lowest ebb.
